Brak reserves the right to make use of or commercialize with the User’s express agreement.

Brak undertakes to take all necessary precautions to guarantee the security of the User’s personal data, in particular to prevent these from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties.

Data of a personal nature may – if necessary – be communicated at the request of the legal authorities or police services without the owner’s prior consent.
